Our Robots

This robotic duo is designed with uncompromising quality in mind. Hundreds of hours of work went into the design of each helmet and custom circuit board. our team assembles well over a thousand parts to produce the 3D illuminated assembly hidden under the lens. The attention to detail shows itself most in the finish though, the reflective surface on these helmets isn't paint, its real metal. We use a process called Vacuum Metallization to plate the fiberglass shells in aluminum before spraying on a clear/candy coat to protect and tint the metal.
